I had the pleasure of speaking with curator Kirsty Grant at the Mid Century Modern Furniture Exhibition at the NGV in Melbourne and we talked about the back-story to the event. This is a beautifully resolved curation of furniture from some of the foremost Australian furniture designers of the 40's 50's and 60's. Everything that is old is new again and so it seems with many of these pieces.
